COZY SPA POLICIES

Things you should know before your appointment: We appreciate that you’ve chosen us.  To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies.

 

Special Conditions: Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant or have a special physical concern. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire before the appointment, designed with your wellbeing in mind.

 

Confirmation Calls: We try very hard to confirm each appointment; however, confirmation calls are a courtesy, not a guarantee. It is your responsibility to remember the appointment you scheduled. 

 

Cancellation Policy: Appointment times held for guests are not available to other guests who may want the same appointment time. Therefore, guests must provide a credit card to reserve an appointment. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly request that you provide 24-hour's notice for any cancellation or change in your appointment time. Any cancellations or changes requested less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time are subject to charging your credit card for the full amount of the service. Credit card numbers remain on file for future appointments.

 

Gift Card Policy: Gift certificates may be used at Cozy Spa and must be presented at the time of service. Spa Cozy Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Cozy Spa gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

 

Smart Phone Use Policy: In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from speaking, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. Guests who use a smart phone in such manner will be gently asked to refrain from smart phone use or continue using their smart phone outside.

 

Personal Belongings Policy: Cozy Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

 

Payments & Gratuity: The Spa accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, or gift certificates as payment. You may opt to leave gratuities.

 

Merchandise Returns: If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased, you may receive a store credit within 15 days of purchase. However, we cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more.

 

Prices Subject to Change: We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest.  Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

 

Pet Policy: Unfortunately, Cozy Spa does not allow any pets during business hours.
 

Rejected Payment or Bounced Check Policy: It is your responsibility to pay in full for services IMMEDIATELY following your appointment. If you cannot pay, there will be a police report filed as that is considered stealing. Bounced checks will accrue an extra fee of $50 on top of full payment for services preformed. If you bounce a check at Cozy Spa you will be required to make a full deposit with cash or credit card to secure future appointments and checks will no longer be an accepted form of payment.

 

Inappropriate Behavior Policy: Cozy Spa is for relaxation and therapeutic purpose only.  There is absolutely no sexual component whatsoever.  Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future.  You will be charge the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.  Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.  Treat you therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.


-We are a small, local business, situations can arise that need to be addressed

that do not fall under these policies.  Those decisions are made by Cozy Spa LLC.  

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason,

but especially if you cannot follow these salon policies. 

Our goal is to make our customers happy and healthy,

and these policies and decisions in place and exist for that purpose.
